IN RHODES MANAGEMENT
In Rhodes Management was hired as of January 1, 2022 to work with and provide the support needed to the Board of Directors, so that they can make the best decisions for the community.
Their main responsibilities as our Management company are:
- Mailing invoices
- Collection dues
- Delinquencies - reporting and follow-up collections
- Bill payment, books and budget
- Mailings for annual meeting
- Annual meeting set up and attendance
- Bid requests - 3 for all services (the Board will handle the review of bids)
- Email blasts (content provided by the Board)
-Violation letters
- Follow up on violation letters and tracking of violations
